{within-spiration | 4 steps to tranquility}

Today's post is all about Tranquility and how you can create it with colors and textures in your home. What do you think of when you read the word "tranquility"? I would guess that a spa comes to mind, and perhaps water? or the color blue? Perhaps you think of a grassy area where the sun is shining through the flowers?
One of the best ways to create and build tranquility is to experiment with tonality. There is no need to incorporate all of the colors into one room, but think of adding different tones of the same color.
For a bathroom, you can consider:
1. Adding iridescent tiles as an accent
2. You can also use monochromatic tiles to give a more cohesive look to a space 3. Add accents sparingly
4. Keep it clean and keep it soft
5. Add layers slowly to build your tranquility
