Happy Friday All!
Today we are finding ourselves inspired by fabulous walls!
Yesterday we marked up our office walls so that we can start hanging our photography...
and we stood there, tape in hand measuring heights... and I took a moment to really appreciate our amazing
18" thick adobe walls. They are so beautiful!
They curve in and out and have cracks and divets... history is written all over these walls.
So I started to think about walls .. what makes them stand out...and what we as designers do to make them Pop!
Here are a few pics from my library...
I can't stop staring at the walls. It's amazing to see what an important role lighting plays in showing off these textures...
And when there is no texture, color takes over. My favorite of course is the Beatles wall at the Mirage. I have walked it many times... so fun!!!
